The BEFCO BSB Sickle Bar Mower is a versatile mowing solution designed to easily attach via Cat. 1 or Cat. 2 three-point hitch and powered by the tractor PTO. Whether you’re cutting hay, trimming around ponds or lakes, maintaining ditch banks, or managing conservation acreage, the BSB delivers efficient, clean cutting even on uneven terrain.
With a heavy-duty shielded PTO shaft, hydraulic lift control, and a transport lock for safe movement between jobs, the BSB is engineered for dependable performance season after season. An included extra blade also makes maintenance simple when it’s time to refresh the cutting edge.
Double-Action Sickle Bar
Blades and teeth travel in opposite directions, reducing the risk of clogging and enabling smooth cutting — optimal for hay, grass, and bank vegetation.
Wide Terrain Coverage & Adjustable Angles
Working bar can swing from 90° up to 55° down — perfect for mowing slopes, ditch banks, around ponds, and other irregular areas where a disc mower struggles.
Hydraulic Lift + Transport Safety
Single-action hydraulic cylinder with restrictor and flow-control lets you raise and lower the cutting bar directly from the tractor hydraulic system. Transport lock bar and blade guard secure the mower for safe transport.
3-Point Hitch Compatible (Cat. 1 & 2)
