Refund policy

By submitting a request through Yard Patriots, you agree to the conditions listed below. We created these arrangements to ensure you are fully aware of our discount policies and return procedures.

Yard Patriots only sells to purchasers who intend to use the item(s) for the duration of its economic life. If you purchase an item to use once or temporarily and then return it, you won't be eligible for a refund. Examples include use in a conference venue or trade show, or by promotional firms and organizers.

30-Day Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as received – unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items showing signs of use, installation, or wear – including opened packaging not in resellable condition – cannot be accepted for return. Returned items more than 30 days after delivery will be considered non-returnable.

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Before returning any items, contact our return team at info@YardPatriots.com to initiate the process.
  2. Return Authorization: Once approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number with instructions.
  3. Package the Item: Pack securely in original packaging, including any accessories. Ensure your item is securely packaged to prevent damage in transit. We cannot issue refunds for items damaged due to improper packaging.
  4. Include RA Number: Write the provided RA number clearly on the outside of the package.
  5. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

How can customers return your products?

Customers may return products by post only. We do not accept returns in-store or via kiosks.

Damages and Issues:

Please inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate and resolve the issue promptly.

How will customers get the return label?

To start a return, contact us at Info@yardpatriots.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

What condition product are you receiving in return?

We accept returns only for unused products in original condition and packaging.

Restocking Fee:

We do not charge a restocking fee.

How much will customers pay for return shipping?

You are responsible for return shipping costs for customer remorse returns. We cover shipping costs for defective or incorrect products. We recommend using a trackable service to ensure your return is received.

Can I cancel my order?

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Please contact us at Info@yardpatriots.com or 833-405-1700 as soon as possible. Once processed, orders cannot be canceled.

For cancelled orders, up to 3% in credit card fees may be non-refundable where payment has already been captured.

Late or Missing Refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take time before your refund posts. If you’ve done all this and still have not received your refund, please contact us. We will reply within 24 hours.

Exchanges

We only exchange items if they are defective, damaged, the wrong product, or the wrong size. To exchange an item, contact us at Info@yardpatriots.com or call 833-405-1700. The fastest way is to return your item and place a new order once your return is accepted.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. Original shipping costs (including LTL freight charges) are non-refundable. Please remember it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
