The Swisher 6 Person ESP Safety Shelter — Residential Capacity offers exceptional protection for you and your family during severe weather events and emergencies. Constructed from sturdy 3/16” thick carbon steel with a powder-coated finish, this shelter is built to last. Its innovative sliding reinforced steel door system maximizes space efficiency and enhances security by eliminating the need for doors that swing inward or outward, reducing the chance of being trapped by debris.
Tested to withstand impacts equivalent to EF5 tornado forces and compliant with FEMA and ICC safety standards, the Swisher 6 Person ESP Safety Shelter provides near absolute protection against extreme tornado activity. Advanced locking features including multiple steel pins, a security-grade deadbolt, and an internal locking pin offer strong resistance against unauthorized entry. Designed to comfortably accommodate up to six people, the shelter includes shielded air vents for continuous airflow, modular bolt-together construction for easy installation and relocation, and emergency exit panels with tools for added safety.
