Auger Torque Attachments
Typical term: 24 months on most products; 36 months hydraulic motors; 72 months planetary gearbox components
Covered
- Defects in materials or workmanship when the attachment is used normally and according to Auger Torque manuals.
- Standard coverage listed by Auger Torque includes 72 months on planetary gearbox components, 36 months on hydraulic motors, and 24 months on other standard products.
- Auger Torque may repair or replace defective parts through the dealer process.
Warranty limitations
- Warranty starts from date of sale by an authorized Auger Torque dealer and is not transferable beyond the original purchaser.
- Planetary and hydraulic motor warranty requires registration within 4 weeks of date of sale.
- Excludes normal wear, ground-engaging parts such as flights/teeth/pilots, incorrect sizing to parent machine, unauthorized repairs, transportation back to the dealer, and consequential loss.
- Report claims to the Auger Torque dealer that supplied the unit.

BEFCO Equipment
Typical term: 12 months residential; 6 months commercial/custom work; 30 days rental
Covered
- Defects in material and workmanship for the first registered owner.
- BEFCO's responsibility is generally limited to replacement or substitution of acknowledged defective merchandise.
- Labor may be reimbursed only according to BEFCO's stated warranty schedule.
Warranty limitations
- Non-transferable warranty.
- Wear items such as belts, shear pins, knives, PTO shafts, oil, grease, tires, tubes, hydraulic hoses, and similar service items are excluded.
- Does not cover cleaning, transport, mailing, service-call charges, accidents, improper maintenance, improper use, or non-original parts/accessories.
- Registration/pre-delivery checklist and invoice may be required within 14 days of delivery.
- Warranty service must go through an authorized BEFCO dealer.

Bucket Bunker

How warranty support starts

Warranty limitations

Dosko
Typical term: 2 years on welds; hydraulic components vary by use; engine warranty handled by the engine manufacturer
Covered
- Defects in materials or workmanship for qualifying Dosko stump grinder components when used and maintained according to the manual.
- Warranty support is coordinated through Dosko/GNE before service or repair work is performed.
- Engine warranty follows the Honda or applicable engine manufacturer's separate warranty terms.
Warranty limitations
- Commercial hydraulic motor, valve, and pump coverage may be shorter than consumer coverage; product paperwork controls the final term.

Glacier Attachments
Typical term: 2-year non-transferable parts warranty
Covered
- Manufacturer defects such as broken welds and defective hydraulic cylinders, motors, or gearboxes.
- If approved, Glacier generally sends necessary replacement parts at no charge and the user replaces the parts.
- For broken welds, Glacier may reimburse local repair cost if Glacier is contacted before repair.
Warranty limitations
- Operator error, bending, misuse, use beyond limitations, or use outside the intended purpose is not covered.
- Operator-damaged hydraulic hoses, bent fork blades after use, and attachment finish are not covered.
- Glacier decides whether an issue is manufacturing defect, abuse, or operator error.
- End user/dealer may be responsible for transport to Glacier unless otherwise authorized.
For most Glacier attachment warranty questions, the typical warranty term is a 2-year non-transferable parts warranty. Your product paperwork controls if it lists a different term.

- Rockaway units are typically backed by a 1-year warranty.

Iron and Oak Log Splitters
Typical support path: GNE/Iron & Oak warranty claim and product registration; product paperwork and engine warranty terms control the final coverage.
How warranty support starts
- Register the Iron & Oak unit with GNE after purchase when possible.
- Have your Yard Patriots order number, model number, serial number, purchase date, photos/video of the issue, and a short issue description ready.
- Honda engine questions may follow Honda's separate engine warranty process, while splitter/frame/hydraulic support routes through GNE/Iron & Oak.
Warranty limitations

Typical term: 1 year commercial / 2 years residential on common rough-cut mowers; separate engine warranty
Covered
- Coverage is generally for defects in materials or workmanship on registered equipment serviced with original factory parts.
- Some current rough-cut mower specifications list 1 year commercial / 2 years residential on the unit.

Warranty limitations

For most current Kunz rough-cut mower warranty questions, the typical unit warranty is 1 year commercial / 2 years residential. Engine warranty is handled separately by the engine manufacturer.

Warranty limitations

Typical term: 1 year from date of purchase by first user
Covered
- Defects in materials and workmanship for Firminator and Firmiseeder products.

Typical term: 5 years from delivery on most Star products, with product-family exceptions
Covered
- Star products are generally warranted to the original purchaser against defective workmanship and/or materials when properly installed, used, and maintained.

- For U.S. warranty, hydraulics are listed at 12 months and structural components at 36 months from date of shipment.
- Vail generally covers approved replacement parts or materials; labor and some shipping costs may not be included.
Warranty limitations
- Misuse, neglect, accidents, unauthorized changes, labor, return costs, import duties, and downtime/lost income are usually not covered.
